Download YouTube Videos as MP3 or MP4

YT5S YouTube Downloader

YT5S.net is an independent browser-based tool for converting public YouTube links into the MP3 audio or MP4 video formats available for each source. It is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Download only content that you own or are authorized to save.

Choose the format that fits your use

Use the YouTube to MP3 converter when you need audio for personal listening, or use the YouTube to MP4 converter when you need video and audio together. The options shown depend on the source and the converter's current availability.

How to use YT5S

1. Copy the URL of a public YouTube video that you are allowed to download.
2. Paste the link into the converter on the relevant YT5S page.
3. Choose an available MP3 or MP4 quality and start the conversion.
4. Save the resulting file to your device after the conversion finishes.

Practical, source-aware downloads

Video sources can differ in duration, resolution, audio quality, and availability. YT5S shows the formats returned for the link rather than promising a quality that the source does not provide. If a format is missing, choose one of the available options or try another public source that you have permission to use.

Use content responsibly

Respect copyright, privacy, and the terms that apply to the content you access. YT5S does not grant permission to download copyrighted material, bypass access controls, or redistribute content.
